"We contacted Shannon as my 4 month-old was up every 90 min, would not go to sleep without nursing, and napped for maybe 20 min at a time during the day. He was unhappy and overtired and we were overwhelmed with all the online information in regards to infant sleep. By the end of our time working with Shannon our son was down to ONE night feed and with the skills she gave us, within a week of continuing her method he is sleeping through the night! He is napping well throughout the day and he can fall asleep independently. He is happier and better rested and as a result WE are happier and better rested.
