This call is ideal for families whose child(ren) have already developed independent sleep skills but are experiencing specific sleep challenges that need fine-tuning or troubleshooting. Whether it's dealing with occasional night wakings, nap difficulties, or other minor sleep disruptions, this session will help you address and resolve those issues.

If your child does not yet have independent sleep skills, it is highly recommended that you book the Two Weeks to Better Sleep program for the best results. This more comprehensive program will guide you through the process of establishing independent sleep habits, ensuring your child is well on their way to sleeping through the night with confidence and consistency.
A sleep assessment call provides an opportunity for you to share your child's sleep challenges and any concerns you may have. It's also a chance for you to get to know me and determine if I am the right fit for your family’s needs.
